Established: January 12, 2024
 

Article 1 (Name) This group shall be called the " Special Interest Group on Data Privacy (SIGDP)" of the Korea Information Processing Society.

Article 2 (Purpose) The purpose of this group is to foster academic activities and fellowship among members.

Article 3 (Membership) Membership in this group shall be open to anyone interested in the field of data privacy, who has joined the group.

Article 4 (Member Obligations) Members of this group are obligated to actively participate in the activities of the group.

Article 5 (Organization) For the administration of its affairs, this group shall have an Executive Committee and an Operating Committee.

Article 6 (Executive Committee) The Executive Committee is the highest decision-making body of the group. It consists of the Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary.

Article 7 (Operating Committee) To facilitate the smooth operation of the group's affairs, an Operating Committee of no more than 15 members, including the Executive Committee, shall be established. The Operating Committee executes the affairs of the group.

Article 8 (Duties of the Operating Committee) The Chair represents the group and oversees its affairs. The Vice Chair assists the Chair and acts in their stead in their absence.

Article 9 (Term) The term of office for Operating Committee members shall be two years.

Article 10 (Finance) The group's finances shall be funded by society support funds, event registration fees, and other income.

Article 11 (Miscellaneous) Other matters shall be governed by the constitution and bylaws of the Korea Information Processing Society.
